Well, I'm jumping on the bandwagon! Thanks to Blair for hosting!
My goal is to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight (13 pounds) as well as the 6 I wanted to lose BEFORE I got pregnant. So a total of 19 pounds. While that may not sound like a lot of weight, 20 lbs is a huge difference when you're only 5' tall.
Current Weight: 124
Goal Weight: 105
My plan of attack is to quit being lazy. I have multiple choices for working out at home. 30 Day Shred, Carmen Electra's Strip Your Way to Fit (not the strip disk, the floor exersize one), Yoga Booty Ballet and free weights. I'm not going to diet (other than cutting back on soda) becuase I'm currently breastfeedung.
I hope to add photos, but I need to add batteries to my camera.
And side note, if anyone knows where to purchase a size 34F sports bra, please let me know!
