So in preparation for Course #2, I am adding another level to my baking. I am going to ATTEMPT to make a chocolate cake from scratch.
I want to use Pioneer Womans recipe for the Best Chocolate Cake Ever. If you have made this cake, I'd love to hear from you!

The PW cake is great! I'm always afraid of making cupcakes/cakes from scratch, but this one was perfect on my first try! It tastes so good, and is pretty simple, I love using melted butter instead of fussing with creaming butter and sugar. I know yours will come out great too!
