My very own cake wreck!

I already showed you my week 2 wreck (in case you forgot). Here is what I have been up to since.

First, the classic clown cake.

Look, I even made an itty bitty clown. Now its me and Scott!

Then, my friend Alexus got a new job! This is a step up on the corporate ladder for her, so I made her a cake! All the decorations on this one are fondant. Many thanks to Colleen, because I don't know how to use fondant.

This was also my first 2 layer cake. It even has filling (just buttercream, but still... filling is filling!)

Today was the last class in Level One. And we did our grand finale if you will. The Rose Cake. And I can tell you from experience that the roses are just as hard, if not harder than, as it looks! But I DID IT!!!!!

I have signed up for the Level Two class, which starts next Monday. I am excited to see what cakes I learn then! Pin It

I'm not gonna lie, the clowns are a little scary, haha. But the other two look great. Especially the roses. Very pretty!
