But wait, what did I just say?
The beach?!?
Thats right. I offically have 30 days to get beach body ready. And that scares me. Time to get serious, and begin my (literal) 30 Day Shred. Here's to Day One. again.
So, I headed off to Target, to gear up.
I bought new shoes, new sports bras, and new socks. And then I got home, and had a torture sessiondate with Jillian. You may (or may not) remember that I have tried this before. Epic fail. I am proud to say that I made it MUCH further this time! I got all the way through the second circuit before I fell down dead. Go me! I think that tomorrow may be too soon to attempt it again, I need more recovery time than that! So instead I may try a modified version of Couch to 5k! This way I'm still moving and getting my heart rate up but not destroying all those very important muscles.

Way to go! I'm due next week and am looking forward to recovering and hopefully getting back into shape soon!

I won't be too much of a help on the hat, my sister made it for me. Isn't it just precious? I love it!
